Storm Amy

As you will of no doubt notice, Storm Amy has begun to bring disruptive wet and windy conditions across the district. 

A yellow weather warning for strong winds has already been issued by the Met Office. 

Given the current forecast please prepare to protect your property where possible and should you need to drive, then please drive to the conditions that you face. Amend travel plans if necessary. 

The rain and wind will bring difficult driving conditions, such as reduced visibility and surface water so it is important to keep up to date with the local traffic reports in your area.
